Kuru Arts Project

We are called San, or Bushmen. We call ourselves N'coahkoe, the 'red people'

The Art Project presently involves ten artists working with various media : oils, mono and coloured lino prints, and lithography. Their work has been exhibited throughout southern Africa, Denmark, the United Kingdom, Norway, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Canada, the United States, and Australia, as well as Botswana. Unique imagery and symbolic elements link the art to mythologies of the past but also to the realities of the present. 		KuruArts
